Our language trip to Cambridge

With pounds, umbrellas and equipped for the infamous British weather we set off to London Heathrow on May 12th. After a short delay we safely arrived at the airport, ready to dive into the British culture, the city of Cambridge and its sparkle. Together with motivation and excitement we jumped right into our Cambridge adventure which should last for a week including many experiences (Sophie H. & Victoria):

We loved punting because it was such a nice way to see Cambridge and its colleges. The Evensong and the Botanical Garden were a beautiful experience (Nina, Annamaria & Leni).

Staying with a host family was a great opportunity to get in touch with local people and their culture. English people seemed to be very friendly and polite (Jana).

I really liked the people  and the host family. Beging able to spend some days together with all my friends was amazing and Cambridge is definitely worth seeing (Lilli).

On Thursday, Michi guided us to a local park near the river Cam with a lot of cows and horses. There we listened to music, talked and watched rowers – what a nice day (Edda, Sophie, Maria, Lena, Michi & Magdalena).

The week was epic and an experience I will memorise for a long time. I enjoyed our London day the most and the free time we had to explore Cambridge individually was also great (Kathi).
